Usage: t1_crc_textures <subdirectory> <Y>

Ex:
	"t1_crc_textures": 
		CRCs bitmaps from the current directory
	
	"t1_crc_textures Entities": 
		CRCs bitmaps from .\Entities\
	
	"t1_crc_textures alienDML Y": 
		CRCs the bitmaps from .\alienDML\ as well as any 16x16 mipmap textures.
		This is required for replacing terrain tiles
