(*) DESCRIPTION:

- ReturnAnnounce is an extension of my FlagReturn HUD. It will announce to your team
at a set trigger time when the friendly/enemy flag will automatically return back to base.
Very useful in coordinating either a second grab, or letting your team know to get back
  to their flag defense positions.

(*) INSTALLATION:

	REQUIREMENTS:
	- PrestoPack 0.93
	- NewOpts (latest Version)

- Unzip the file to your config directory.
- File locations should be as follows:
	- returnannounce.cs : /config/rayn/
	- returnannounce.gui: /config/rayn/
	- readme_ra.txt : /config/rayn/docs/
	- rayn_twbanner.bmp : /config/rayn/bmp/

- The zip has paths in it, but if you unzip it without paths you'll have to place the files manually.

- Add this to your autoexec.cs file, near the bottom for safety:
	Include("rayn\\returnannounce.cs");

(*) CONFIGURATION:

- Use NewOpts to set which flag returns you want to announce: Your (Friendly) Flag Returning, the Enemy
Flag Returning, both, or neither (why do you have this script, f00?). Then use the select box to
pick one of the 4 times: 15s,10s,5s,3s. I only included these times, if you need more, I can add
that in the next version. No need to tell someone the flag is going home too early or too late, right?

(*) NOTES:

- This script has not yet been tested in public play. There is a flood protection filter installed.
What this means is that when someone else says that the flag is coming home, it triggers a variable
to tell your script not to repeat this message within 1 second. Typically, the person with the
lowest ping should get the announcement off. If your announcement is at 5 seconds and your teammates
is at 10, both should be displayed. Who knows if this will really work, let me know if you try
  it out with some buddies.

- On that note, you cannot hack the script and change the return message or you will bork it and
cause excess flood on servers as every little flag return announcement could theoretically be made.
What a fucking pain in the ass, and it scrolls off important stuff. So hopefully the flood filter
  is functional.

- Got bugs? Report to rayn@tribalwar.com with full details of what happened and what you think
is causing the failure. Much appreciated.
