Tribes HaVoC client scripts

This script allows you to do many things you would normally not be able to do while playing Racer for both HaVoC or base Tribes. It allows you to fly vehicles, missiles, and drones with much geater accuracy. It also allows you to activate vehicle shields and to use your vehicle's "rearview mirror".
