This package contains the ships that are seen flying overhead, and the Crossfire ship. Most of the ships are in pieces, that's just how Hi-Rez did it, so what you need to do is place all of the pieces in exactly the same spot, you can do that by manually entering the coordinates in the Properties window (F4).
