Sent in by GrymReaper, this script should be useful to other scripters. It controls toggling of a global variable, centerprinting a message for verification. Grym's usage comments (in the source) are very clear.
Since this is not intended to be used as a standalone script, I have not included installation instructions, on the reasonable (I hope) assumption that anyone using this script will do so in the process of writing their own script, and thus will know what to do with it (someone is gonna call me on that, I just know it).
