Welcome to the download page for the Presto pack Plus upgrade.
This upgrade requires that you already have the Presto pack installed. If you do not have this, then please get it from Prestos site.
To install this upgrade, first you should make a copy of your Presto directory, just in case. Then simply unzip the PrestoPlusRelease.zip file into you Tribes directory with full pathnames set on and overwrite all files. Thats all there is to it.
To uninstall this update, copy the files from the Tribes/config/presto/prestoBackup directory into the Tribes/config/presto directory, overwriting all. Thats all there is to it.
There shouldn't be any compatibility problems for current scripts. Everything should work exactly as it did before. Non-scripters probably wont notice any difference in performance, however, some may see smoother gameplay. Not everyone will so please don't expect any change. The main reason for this upgrade is the new message parser that is now built into it and this will primarily benefit script writers.
NOTE: This upgrade contains support for bwadmin v5.0+ servers. If your scripts do not behave correctly while playing on a bwadmin v5.0+ server, then open the file Tribes/config/presto/upgrade/bwadminSupport.cs and set $bwadmin::prestoSupport to false.
NOTE: The $presto::version number is now set to 0.932. If you have the 0.931 version, please upgrade.
