FishHUD v1.2 by SuckerFish

Introduction:
FishHUD is essentially a major rewrite of DynHUD, written by KillerBunny. I noticed that DynHUD was missing kills occasionally, so I decided to take a closer look at the script.
I won't go into detail as to the bugs I found in the DynHUD code, but suffice it to say that I replaced all the kill message parsing code and added some stuff to the flag event parsing code.
