The original zoom-in-a-window, SnipeHud allows you to see a small zoomed view, up to 250x. Many options.
SnipeHUD lets you have an independantly zoomable HUD window in the lower right corner of your screen. That means that you can snipe while still keeping your full field of vision. I don't need to tell you how useful this is - and I can imagine combining it with a FOV of 120 degrees to make an unsurprisable sniping station!
