Teeny tiny script here. Just another visual alert for when you have
the flag or not. Those flaggers who make lightning fast swoops, or end
up criss-crossing paths with a fellow flagger might not know right off
the bat if they have the flag or not. Well, not anymore. You get a
nice blinking reminder on your screen showing whether you have a flag
or not. This is NOT a hud. No background. Nothing. Minimal screen
real estate. I've had this for a long time, and it's just part of
several scripts I want to clear off my desktop before T2.
