The gameplay is exactly the same as the HUD version.. so now you can "try before you buy!" Left-Click on the applet to play/pause, use the Arrow-Keys to move the pieces! And please bear with me if there are any bugs, this is my first applet! Play as much as you'd like! Have fun! I know I did...
I had NO access to any Tetris source code, I just saw a few sites on the WEB about it! The Unofficial Gameboy Tetris Page seems to be the coolest! The Tetris Company is another site concerned with the Tetris Company's actions to remove *ALL* shareware and freeware Tetris-like games from the public domain based only on a 'look-and-feel' basis!
Installation:
1. Download HUDtris below! If you don't have PrestoPack, get it! If you don't have NewOpts, get it!
2. Unzip file to your tribes directory! All the files will be put in the right places! (HUDtris.cs and HUDtris.vol go into tribes\config\cowboy\ directory)
3. Add the line Include("cowboy\\HUDtris.cs"); to your Autoexec.cs line after the exec("presto\\install.cs"); line... (and after the Include("NewOpts\\install.cs"); line if that's installed)
4. If you have NewOpts installed, set your keys in the HUDtris options Page! Otherwise, set these to whatever you want in HUDtris.cs in the 'Key Bindings' section...
5. PLAY TRIBES and HAVE FUN!
